Our Story
Started as a private cheffing and catering. In the summer of 2019, Royal Dosa was created and given a chance to be part of Salt Lake City's Farmers Market in Utah. Masala Dosa became the favorite lunch meal of Utahns every Saturday. Royal Mango Lassi became the popular drink in the summer.
Then... MEENA was made.
Chef Vishal, the executive chef and the mastermind of Royal Dosa decided to introduce the other side of India through food to Utah.
